New rules, same courts 🎾

Supplementary rules and regulations for the orderly management and operation of reservations for Tennis Court 1, Pickle-ball Courts 5 & 6, Badminton Court 1, 2 & 3, as well as the Dance Studio will be implemented.

What will your reservation day look like?
👉 MEMBER - Every 2nd Saturday of the month, the Sports Office will open its doors to accept reservations for Principal Members by 1:00 PM. This period of reservation will run from Saturday to Wednesday, a total of five (5) days.
👉 SPOUSE - In the following Tuesday and Wednesday after the 2nd Saturday, the Sports Office will open its doors to accept reservations for Spouses by 1:00 PM. This period of reservation runs only for those two (2) days.

The Sports Office will begin the queueing process by 12:00 NN. Queue number order will be strictly followed. Only one (1) queue number per member or spouse will be given. All reservations processed will be for the following month.

A Glimpse of Tennis History

A special piece of club history—one of the trophies shown to me by Alex Eala’s former doubles partner Lou Ceniza.

The trophy, awarded for the Ladies’ Doubles Championship in May–June 2012, bears the names of Lourdes L. Ceniza and Alex Eala—a wonderful reminder of Alex’s early years on the courts of Valle Verde Country Club.
