Shorinji Kempo is a modern Japanese martial that aims to develop the individual rather then just tea We make no minimum requirement on fitness or flexibility.
Since its foundation in 1947 by Doshin So, Shorinji Kempo developed into the largest single martial art in the world. Recently opened in the Philippines, Manila, Shorinji Kempo sessions are open for everyone and beginners are always welcome. Nick sensei was back!!!!
Nick Gloeckl sensei, who started Shorinji Kempo in the Philippines and is currently the branch master of Munich, has come back to Manila and stopped by our dojo to join us for training. It was a great session - we practiced kempo together just like we did so 10 years ago. And just like 10 years ago, we had a lot of fun!!

We were honored with the visit of Sensei Tatsuo Yamaguchi, the Branch Master of Yangon Central Branch. We practiced basic techniques, followed by light sparring (randori). We all had fun!!
