LEVEL 1 — Certification Training
Open to fitness coaches, movement professionals, fitness enthusiasts, and aspiring Lagree coaches.

LEVEL 2 — Advanced Form Course
Open to Level 1-certified Lagree coaches from ULTRA and other studios.

LEVEL 1 3-Day Training Schedule
