IMPORTANT CHANGES TO BIONIC RUN: SOUTH 2025

Over the past days, we’ve received concerns about race kit deliveries, responsiveness, and overall runner experience. We acknowledge these shortcomings and sincerely apologize.

Our team at Bionic Run is committed to make your experience better and to ensure a better running experience, we are making key changes.

Effective today, March 26, 2025, we have ended our agreement with House Enigma and are transitioning event management to God’s Wind Events—a team we trust to deliver a seamless and well-organized race.

To allow for a smooth transition, the event is rescheduled to May 4, 2025. This extra time ensures a better experience for all runners as we transition to a new run organizer.

As we move forward with these changes, runners can expect the following:
- Race kits will still be delivered accordingly.
- Race map and guidelines will be posted in a few days.
- Official brand partners will be announced.

First time running? Don’t sweat it—just follow these 5 tips to run smarter and safer! 🏃‍♂️💡
1️⃣ Warm up before running – A proper warm-up prepares your muscles and reduces the risk of injury. Try dynamic stretches and light jogging for 5–10 minutes.
2️⃣ Stay hydrated – Your body needs fuel! Drink water before, during, and after your run to stay energized. 💦
3️⃣ Set realistic goals – Start small! Whether it’s a 1K or a 5K, progress at your own pace. 🚀
4️⃣ Pace yourself – Don’t go too fast, too soon! Maintain a steady pace and listen to your body. ⏳
