We have received a number of inquiries regarding recent developments involving the KSYN franchise. We understand the concerns, and we would like to provide our members with clarity and peace of mind.

We would like to officially confirm that KSYN Kapitolyo is solely owned and independently operated by its owner. Our branch is legally separate from the matters currently involving the franchise’s former management, and our ownership, operations, and assets remain fully protected.

Our legal team has taken the necessary steps to safeguard the interests of KSYN Kapitolyo, ensuring that our members, staff, and day-to-day operations remain unaffected throughout this transition.

We want to assure everyone that:
• KSYN Kapitolyo remains fully operational with no disruption to gym hours, coaching services, memberships, or daily operations.

• All equipment, facilities, and branch assets remain under the ownership and control of KSYN Kapitolyo, allowing us to continue serving our members without interruption.

• Our coaches and staff remain committed to providing the same level of service, professionalism, and support that you have always experienced. 

As part of our commitment to protecting our members, staff, and the future of our gym, we would like to officially announce that KSYN Kapitolyo shall soon be operating under a new name. This solidifies KSYN Kapitolyo’s independence, operating with integrity, under its own management.

Looking ahead, we are excited to continue growing and investing in our community. We have several improvements and facility upgrades in the works, and we look forward to sharing these with you very soon.

We kindly ask everyone to rely only on official announcements released through our official KSYN Kapitolyo social media pages. We encourage members to refrain from sharing or relying on unverified information or online rumors.

Your trust means everything to us, and we sincerely appreciate your continued confidence and support during this time.
