This weekend, we remember and celebrate the birthday of Master Tony Diego.
Every Sunday, under the guidance of Coach Arnold Narzo, the Kalis Ilustrisimo Luneta Group continues to gather and train at the very place where Master Tony shared his knowledge and passion for the art.
There is no better tribute than to keep showing up, keep training, and keep passing on the lessons handed down by Master Tony and Grandmaster Antonio “Tatang” Ilustrisimo. Their spirit lives on in every practitioner who carries the tradition forward.
Happy Birthday, Master Tony. Your teachings continue to guide us, and your legacy remains strong at Luneta.

Coach Narzo is my teacher and I'm running this Pasig group because he asked to do it years ago after the originator of the Pasig group, Nico, moved away. This FB page wouldnt exist without him and he is a primary source on KI history because he was there when it happened and is part of that history himself.

Last 2 weeks:
Finally got some time to breathe and upload stuff.
I was grateful to help my Maestro Narzo Arnold in reviewing techniques with our Qatari brother Ahmed. I also met with G**o TR again to brush up on Punta y Daga. And of course, my most consistent training partner Ravi leveled up yet again.
