Last February 11, 2026, we visited the 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗶𝗿𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗘𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝘆 (𝗜.𝗖.𝗘.) 𝗛𝘂𝗯 / 𝗦𝗪𝗠𝗢 – 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗴 for a meeting with Mr. Allendri "Allen" Angeles to discuss about their operational best practices.

The visit provided valuable insights into effective solid waste management systems and innovative approaches aligned with circular economy principles. It was a productive exchange of knowledge focused on continuous improvement and sustainable environmental solutions.

𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐲 | 𝐄𝐌𝐁 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐦 𝐂𝐢𝐫𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝐍𝐨. 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓-𝟎𝟎𝟐

The Environmental Management Bureau (EMB) issues Memorandum Circular No. 2025-002, amending MC No. 2020-29 and setting updated guidelines for EMB-recognized Pollution Control Officer (PCO) Training Organizations and Institutions. Effective 23 January 2026, PCO and Managing Head trainings shall be conducted primarily through face-to-face sessions, with online or mixed modalities allowed only under specific, justified circumstances.

PCO TOIs and concerned stakeholders are advised to review the full advisory and ensure compliance with the new requirements.
