Aside from the usual podium players, one rider stood out among us organizers

It's not about being the fastest, or the flashiest. In fact, he was the last to finish. We were already bussing out stuff at the venue while waiting for him, and we already offered to pick him up (he was around the last 4-7 kms), and each time he refused. How can we not respect that?

He is singularly determined, unyielding, avowed to finish. His is the embodiment of GRIT

And for that, may we give a round of applause to Bernhy Valenzuela. Massive props to the kind of willpower you showed in this event. Mabuhay ka bro!
