Important Reminders for Participants:
1. Venue Assignment:
o The event venues are NEW Capitol INDOOR COURTS, & OLD Capitol OUTDOOR COURTS

o All players scheduled for September 10, 2026, must report to the venue indicated in your match schedule.

2. Category Venues:
o Boys 12 : NEW Capitol INDOOR COURTS
o Boys 14, 16, & 18: & OLD Capitol OUTDOOR COURTS
o Girls 12, 14, 16, & 18: NEW Capitol INDOOR COURTS
3. Start Time:
o Matches begin promptly at 7:00 a.m. on September 10, 2026.
o No-shows will be defaulted with no exceptions.
4. Court Assignment:
o Clay courts will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
5. Scoring Format:
o Round of 32 to Quarterfinals: First two sets (1-6, “NO-AD”), third set is a match tiebreak (first to 10).
o Semi-Finals and Finals: Best of three tie-break sets.
6. Weather Updates:
o In case of bad weather, the match schedule will be adjusted as necessary.

Registration Guidelines
How to Register:
1. Sign in with your own email (do NOT use Facebook login).
2. Remember your email and password.
3. Search for the tournament name/title you want to join.
4. Click the tournament, then click "REGISTER" and select your division/category.
5. Click "Continue," answer the questions, and click "Agree & Submit."
6. You will receive a notification: “YOU’RE REGISTERED!”
7. Double-check the categories you join.

Age Eligibility:
• 12 & Under: Boys & Girls born 2014
• 14 & Under: Boys & Girls born 2012
• 16 & Under: Boys & Girls born 2010
• 18 & Under: Boys & Girls born 2008

• For every sanctioned tournament, log in to UTR and join your categories.
• Each player must have their own EMAIL account.
• Schedule and draws will be posted on the UTR website.
