Morning workout done with Coach Aldrine ๐ช๐พ
Bakit Compound Lifts > Isolation exercises? ๐๏ธโโ๏ธ
Okay naman ang isolation moves (yung isang muscle lang ang tinatamaan), pero kung gusto mo ng solid na foundation, Compound Lifts ang kailangan mo. ๐ฏ
Dito, maraming muscle groups ang gumagana nang sabay. Mas "sulit" ang oras mo sa gym kasi it improves your posture, builds bone density, and boosts your metabolism nang mas mabilis. ๐ฅ
Full Workout Details (Save niyo na 'to!):
1๏ธโฃ Stretching: Focus muna sa mobility ng hips at shoulders para swabe ang galaw.
2๏ธโฃ Squats: The "King" of lower body. Keep your chest up at control lang ang reps!
3๏ธโฃ Barbell Row: Para sa malakas na likod at magandang posture.
4๏ธโฃ Deadlift: Dito masusubukan ang total body strength mo. Buong katawan ang gigising dito!
5๏ธโฃ Bench Press: Build that upper body push power. Solid 'to para sa chest at triceps.
6๏ธโฃ Overhead Press: Hindi lang balikat 'toโkailangan din ng matinding core stability.
