This is the part of coaching I genuinely enjoy.

Had a 1-on-1 session today with a young student, just playing badminton for fun. He was diagnosed with ADHD. There are moments when he gets distracted, but he listens, resets, and still finishes every exercise.

And honestly, that makes me happy. Seeing someone simply want to play, to try, and to keep going at their own pace.

Not everyone trains to compete. Some just want to move, learn, and enjoy the game. And that’s just as meaningful.
