Marie PH Freelancers’ first strategic planning and out-of-town team building this year, and my heart is so full.💕
Our lead VAs flew in from Davao and Zamboanga, and the rest of the team drove all the way from Cavite, Bulacan, Batangas, and Manila so we could all gather together in Rizal. The commitment, time, and sacrifice each of you made to show up in person truly humbles me.
So grateful for these 27 amazing women in my team who said yes to the vision, chose to serve with excellence, and are helping turn this business into a ministry that blesses our clients and opens doors for more women. We’re not just here to work on client deliverables; we’re here to create more work-from-home opportunities for women, support families, and help more Filipinas step into their God-given calling through meaningful online work.
Special thanks to our facilitators, Nicaelle Reyes and She Ann for leading us so well, holding space for honest conversations, and helping us turn ideas into clear action plans. You both served the team so beautifully and made this entire experience so much more intentional and impactful.
From planning, praying, laughing, and weaving our team action plans together, this trip reminded me why we started and who we’re doing this for.
