No baked Rolled oats chocolate cookie 😋😋😋

1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Mixed well til the sugar desolved, then add
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp cinnamon (optional)
3/4 cup all purpose flour
