Six years strong!!! 💛💙 This February 2 marks the 6th anniversary of Quezon City Volleyball Circuit. Today, January 31, our campers held a mini tournament—playing with passion, teamwork, and love for the game. We miss our founder, Cecile Ronquillo, whose love turned this team into a family.

Meet Coach Tin, one of our dedicated assistant coaches at Quezon City Volleyball Circuit, bringing 2 years of coaching experience and high-level playing exposure to every training session. 🏐

Coach Tin is also an Assistant Coach of St. Theresa’s College Quezon City, where she works alongside Assistant Coach Pau under the leadership of Head Coach Sarah—a setup that emphasizes teamwork, consistency, and athlete development both in school and competitive settings.

As a former Middle Blocker, Coach Tin played for Lyceum of the Philippines University and competed in major leagues such as Philippine Super Liga, Maharlika Pilipinas Volleyball Association, and UNTV Volleyball League. Her professional playing experience includes stints with Cignal HD Spikers (2018–2019), Caloocan AM Spikers (2023), Marikina Shoemasters (2024), and the San Juan Lady Knights (2025), giving her valuable insight into elite-level competition.

Specializing in middle blocker development, Coach Tin focuses on quick attacks, precise timing, solid blocking, lateral movement along the net, and effective coordination with the setter. She also emphasizes teamwork, communication, and game awareness to strengthen both offensive and defensive performance on the court. 💪🏻

Coach Tin’s coaching philosophy is centered on developing disciplined, resilient, and team-oriented athletes. She believes in creating a positive environment where players are encouraged to learn from mistakes, stay focused, and enjoy the process of continuous improvement. 🧠

Athletes training under Coach Tin can expect to work hard, communicate effectively, and push themselves to reach their full potential. She teaches players how to stay composed under pressure and approach challenges with a positive, growth-oriented mindset. 🔥

Off the court, Coach Tin enjoys trying new food and exploring new places, always with music playing in the background. She also plays the guitar as a way to relax and stay creative.
