Tricep cable pushdowns ang isa sa mga hindi maalis sa routine ng mga lifters na naghahabol ng malalaking braso. Sobrang accessible sa karamihan ng gyms at sobrang epektibo para bigyan ng volume at definition ang triceps, lalo na yung horseshoe shape. Pero kapag lagi kang sumusubsob o gumagamit ng body sway para ibaba ang bar, sayang lang β hindi ma-maximize ang isolation sa triceps. β
Ayusin muna ang setup mo. Tumayo nang firm, slight forward lean lang kung kailangan, elbows tucked sa sides mo, shoulders down at relaxed, at pumili ng timbang na kaya mong kontrolin buong set β walang cheating. π§
Sa ex*****on, simulan ang movement gamit ang triceps mismo, hindi ang momentum o shoulders. I-push mo pababa ang bar hanggang straight ang elbows habang hawak ang upper arms mo sa lugar. Ramdamin ang stretch sa triceps kapag umakyat ang bar at pisilin nang husto sa ibaba. Pag nasa maximum contraction na, dahan-dahan at kontrolado mong pauwiin pataas. Kapag consistent mo βtong form, tiyak na lalaki, lalakas, at lalutong ang triceps mo. β

When it comes to leg exercises, barbell back squats ang hindi mawawala sa lineup ng mga bodybuilders because itβs simple, accessible sa lahat ng gyms, and highly effective for building overall strength and size. Pero kung gumagamit ka ng momentum o cheater form sa workout na ito, hindi mo masusulit yung benefit nito. β
Ayusin mo muna yung posture mo. Chest up, core tight, feet shoulder-width apart, at siguraduhin na neutral ang lower back mo para maiwasan ang injury. π§
During ex*****on, importante ma-feel mo ang hips going back first bago bumaba (proper hip hinge). Ibaba mo hanggang thighs parallel sa floor o mas mababa kung kaya, then drive through your heels para umakyat. Once nasa top position, higpitan ang glutes at quadriceps para ma-maximize ang contraction. Keep this form consistent at siguradong lalaki at lalakas ang legs mo. β
