• Kumain ng konti bago pumunta ng Christmas Party🍪🍪
- Para hindi mapakain ng marami sa party.
• Piliin lang kakainin or tikman lang ang lahat ng food sa party at huwag lumamon na parang walang bukas.🍝🍤🍕🌭🍗
- Kainin ang pagkain na mataas ang fiber katulad ng gulay.
- Kumain sa pagkain na mataas ang protein tulad ng chicken at iba.
- Tumikim lang sa mga pagkain na mataas ng mga”FAT” at “OILY” food.
• Magluto kung maari
- Sa pagluto dapat controlado mo ang mga sumusunod na sangkap salt, oil, sugar ar iba pa.
• Uminom ng katamtaman lang
