In 1971, our Señores made it official—UYY would lead the annual Santacruzan,and we’ve done so ever since! UYY Community Group is a nonprofit organization proudly rooted in Project 6, Quezon City. It all began back in the late '60s as a passionate basketball team. The name “UYY”? Motorists are encouraged to take alternative routes during the procession.
💡 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗦𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘀: Each sagala is required to have their own “taga-ilaw” during the parade procession.
🐾 𝗣𝗲𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿: Kindly keep your pets safe and secured indoors during the parade. Fireworks, loud sounds, and festivities may cause fear or anxiety to our furry friends. Let’s keep everyone safe and comfortable throughout the celebration. 🐶🐱
