It’s the last month of 2022! Where did the time go? 😵
This time of the year can be stressful as we revisit the resolutions and goals we had set at the beginning of the year. Chances are, you have some that you haven’t been able to do. Or maybe you were able to start, but you didn’t reach your target yet.
When this happens, we tend to feel demotivated and say to ourselves, “Oh, well. Too late now. I’ll try again next year. I’ll start in January!” (and we all know the hype of the ✨New Year✨ doesn’t last).
𝙏𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙞𝙨 𝙣𝙤 𝙧𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙤𝙧 𝙬𝙧𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝙨𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙤𝙣. 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙝𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙚𝙣𝙨 𝙬𝙝𝙚𝙣 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙩. 𝙄𝙩 𝙙𝙤𝙚𝙨𝙣’𝙩 𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙬𝙝𝙚𝙣.
This post is timely for me as well!
I had no plans to open slots for 1:1 coaching until January 2023 because December is a very busy month for me. However, as I was plotting out my calendar, I saw a few windows to spare. It IS the season of giving, so I thought, "Why not? I can squeeze in a few coaching sessions."
2022 may be coming to an end, but it can be your season to START! 🏃
This is for you if...
⚡ you want to set an intention for 2023
⚡ you want to reframe limiting beliefs and develop a growth mindset
⚡ you want to get clear on a goal you'd like to focus on in 2023
⚡ you're open to feedback
⚡ you're willing and ready to start (i.e. say 'YES" to your goals}
If you are interested, send us a DM!
VERY LIMITED slots available for December and January.
I look forward to working with you! ✨

In case no one has told you today, here are some friendly reminders from me to you:
🌱 Every day will look different. Some days, you breeze through several tasks. On other days, the best you can manage is to get out of bed. Both are worth something.
What matters is that you show up—however that may look like for the day.
🌱 You are not valuable just because of what or how much you can do. You are valuable BECAUSE you are YOU.
When you detach your self-worth from your output, you can appreciate the meaning in just “being” (as opposed to linking your worth to “doing”).
🌱 Are you worried your dreams are too big? Don’t worry, you’ll grow into them! The biggest dreams start with the smallest steps.
🌱 It can be healthy and fun to try another person’s approach, but at the end of the day, you should feel free to customize it to make it feel authentic to you.
🌱 You may be attached to the progress you’ve already made because you don’t want all the time and effort spent to go to waste.
Yes, time and resources are expendable and limited, but if they are spent on learning, personal development, experiences, and most importantly, your happiness, is it really such a waste?

Hello, October! 🙌
As we welcome a new month, here are some friendly reminders for you.
⚡️ Give acknowledgement to your achievements from the previous month, no matter how big or small they may be. You did great!
⚡️ What's the main thing you want to do or experience this month? Set an intention to guide you as you navigate through this new chapter.
⚡️ Are the stairs towards your goals overwhelming you? Focus on the first step that's right in front of you. Remember that you don't have to figure it all out today.
⚡️ The 'ber months are usually busy! Don't forget to set appointments with yourself.

Ah, burnout. Everyone knows that feeling. Yes, even me.
As a Passion & Productivity Coach, it's important that I understand the in-and-outs of navigating burnout so that I can guide my clients through it when they (inevitably) experience it.
⚡️ I had a client who felt like they fell out of love with their career. While that does happen sometimes, that wasn't the case with this person. They still loved parts of their job! It's just that they didn't feel as excited about it anymore.
⚡️ When I asked about their goal, they said that it wasn't to leave their career path; rather, they wanted to feel passionate about it again.
⚡️ We identified that the problem was that they weren't doing enough of the things they loved about their job.
We experience this problem even outside of our careers.
In my case, it had NOTHING to do with my job. I was just uninspired by how my day-to-day life was going. That is why I took a step back and picked up an old hobby—watercolour painting! I stopped years ago because I got busy and I didn't have time for big projects. My recent burnout made me realize that my art projects didn't need to be big for them to count. I just needed time to do something I love and have fun!
Now, I try to spend at least a few minutes of creative time daily. Even if a small, messy doodle is all I can manage on a busy day.
Now, I want to know...
💬What's your experience with burnout?
💬How do you deal with burnout?
💬What's something you love, but don't do enough of?
Let's chat in the comments!

👉 Who else is guilty of keeping tabs & windows open, telling yourself "I need this! I'll get back to it later." 🙋
Let's be real. If it’s REALLY that important, you would have already been done with it.
Don't have time to do it now? Bookmark it! (I personally use Notion to organize my reading/watch list and other links.)
The point is: get it out of the way. Either finish it now or file it properly for later.
A cluttered browser will distract you and stress you out!
👉 I used to feel guilty about unsubscribing to people's mailing lists. I thought they would take it personally. (They don't. I promise!)
It's okay to unsubscribe to things that no longer resonate with you. This allows you to make space for things that are valuable to you! (You also help the sender make room in their list for their target audience!)
👉 Unfollowing people also made me feel guilty! I needed to learn that it's really nothing personal.
Sometimes, the people you followed shift away from the content you originally signed up for. Or maybe, you've just outgrown their content!
Whatever the reason is, it's valid. Curate your online experience to support your happiness, growth, and well-being.
👉 There are so many good books that I missed out on because I made a condition for myself that I can only read a new book once I've finished the ones I already started but haven't completed.
I thought it was discipline. Honestly? It was just a limiting belief that prevented me from learning.
(This is your sign to move on from your unread books. It's okay! Don't beat yourself up over it.)
👉 I'm very forgetful, so I NEED to-do lists. However, when a list is made with no intention, it gets lengthy, messy, and overwhelming. I look at the lists and immediately feel exhausted and demotivated.
A shorter list that focuses on 1-3 high-priority, realistic tasks is the way to go. I also group similar smaller tasks together to streamline my process and minimize the time/effort it takes to get them done. (I have a post that explains this. Check out my "5 Productivity Tips" a few posts back.)
Are you letting go of anything this August?

Half of 2022 has gone by.
How are you faring with the resolutions and goals you had set for yourself at the beginning of this year?
Some of you may be right on track! (Good for you!)
Others may be falling a little behind. (That’s okay! Progress is progress.)
Some might have slowed to a halt or encountered a roadblock along the way and are struggling to get the gears going again. (Can I be honest? I’m on the same boat as you.)
Starting over can be harder.
We tend to cling to old progress/systems/results because it’s familiar; and while familiar isn’t always good or comfortable, it’s certainly less intimidating than going back and re-experiencing past challenges or trying something new with an uncertain outcome.
Whether your circumstances pushed you to stop, or you found the courage to call it quits because something just wasn’t working—whatever the reason may be—make peace with it. The sooner you do, the sooner you will be able to recalibrate and think of your next steps. Don’t let your guilt stop you from giving yourself another chance.
Progress is not linear. You can pause and pick up where you left off when you’re ready. Or you can stop entirely and redirect your focus and energy into something new. Either way, you are not “back to zero” because you learned and lived an experience. That amounts to something!
Whatever you may have “lost” in time, energy, or resources, remember that you still have yourself—the person who can make a different choice, who can try new things, who can (and will!) continue to grow.
So, whether you’re…
▪ Restarting your fitness journey
▪ Beginning your story on yet another blank page
▪ Back to the first phase of your plan
…I want you to thank and congratulate yourself for making it this far! Even if you don’t think it’s much. You'd be surprised what a little gratitude and acknowledgement can do for your mental and emotional well-being and your overall attitude and mindset.
Then, tell yourself: “It’s okay to be on Day 1 again. I am giving myself another chance and a fresh start!”
Allow yourself to move forward (again!) without guilt over what has come and passed. You are worth all the chances it takes.

When talking about lifestyle and productivity, you’re bound to hear the words “task” and “habit” a lot. Sometimes, people tend to use them interchangeably (ex. daily tasks; daily habits), but did you know that there’s a difference?
Let’s talk about it!
🎯 Tasks are activities that target specific, immediate needs to get quick results.
🏃 Habits are activities that are done regularly to achieve and sustain a desired result or experience.
Knowing the difference between tasks and habits can help you be more productive! How?
✅ You can simplify your to-do lists!
- You may need to note “buy bread and eggs” as a task, but you won’t need to make a task for “eat dinner in the evening” because that’s something you [ideally] do regularly (A.K.A. a habit!)
✅ It’s easier to group common activities together for better workflow!
- The process is called Task-Batching and Habit-Stacking. (I’ll talk more about these in separate posts.)
✅ You can better plan how you’re going to achieve your goals.
- If your goal is to launch an online shop, what steps do you need in your process—tasks or habits? If your goal is to be physically healthier, do you list tasks or build habits? If your goal is to be more active on your social media platforms for your brand, what do you need to focus on? The day-to-day tasks like responding to comments/messages? The habit of setting aside creative time for making and scheduling posts? Or maybe, a bit of both?
How do YOU incorporate tasks and habits in your life? Feel free to share in the comments!

It's the first Monday of May 2022!
Here are my top 5 productivity tips that you could try this month.
✅ Finished or not, clear out your old to-do lists! Keeping them around can lead to guilt for not having completed all your tasks. They are also overwhelming to look at! Instead, start a new list. You can always carry over previous unfinished tasks if they're still relevant now.
✅ Do you find yourself doing so much, yet feeling like you accomplish so little? It might be because your time is spent on non-essential tasks [low importance; not immediately needed]. Use your time and energy wisely by tackling high-value tasks first. The others, you can do later, delegate, or take out of your agenda.
✅ Not everyone likes organizing because it takes time and effort. However, I believe that setting things in order [your plans, your things, your workspace, etc.] ahead of time can actually make your working/active time go by smoother and quicker!
✅ Realistically, most people will only have time and energy for 1-3 main activities per day. Beyond that, it gets overwhelming. And again, seeing unfinished tasks may lead to feeling unproductive. Take it easy! 1-3 tasks/day is already a lot.
✅ Okay, some of you may be thinking, "1-3 (main) tasks?? But I have so much to do every day!" Actually, several things we do on the day-to-day are similar or related. Grouping them together can minimize the time/effort it takes to get them all done.
[Example: managing emails, responding to inquiries/messages, and setting schedules all fall under Administrative Tasks—that's 1 category or "task batch"]
Block out and dedicate time slots for each task batch. Doing this consistently eventually helps you build a ROUTINE.

Grace is a multi-talented person with diverse interests.
So, when she told me that she struggled to come up with a passion project because it felt as though she had the "ingredients" (knowledge, skills, experience, resources, etc.), but had no idea what to "cook" (to make out of what she had), I made it my goal as a coach to help her find something that...
✅ she genuinely loved doing
✅ integrated all her interests and skills
✅ allowed her to be authentic to herself
We discovered that of all the things she can do, Grace really SHINES in a community setting. Plus, she's very passionate about empowering women and supporting them through experiences she can empathize with.
From not knowing what to do, to now holding Safe Space Sessions for Intuitive women who want to come out of the broom closet and embrace their authentic selves! (I could've really used this kind of support when I was younger! 😆)
Grace is one of the graduates of my 8-week program which I am offering to people who want to turn their passion-driven ideas into fulfilling projects.
However, if—like Grace in the beginning—you're not yet sure what project you can pursue, I also do one-time support sessions where I help you brainstorm!😄
