Hey Beastwood. We are now about to enter week 6 of the lockdown. I don't know about you guys but I think this may last even longer than expected. I've got to admit tho, I've had fun programming the workouts for you guys and enjoy seeing the posts and IG Stories the next day!
As we get ready for yet another week, some realizations have set in and finances are coming into play. Our rent during this time has not been waived, yet we also can’t open our doors to serve our clients. It’s come to a point where we will have to make a few difficult changes.
Starting Monday, Elite will be going fully online and subscription based. We have gone through many scenarios and we find that the ones presented to you below will best suite everyone.

➡️ Unlimited Live Classes and Online Coaching: 3500php /month
➡️ Virtual Class Drop-in: 5 class pass 1500php (Valid 2 weeks)
➡️ Nutrition and Habit Lifestyle Coaching add-on: for members 2000php /month

It's Friday! Who am I kidding, everyday is Friday in this
But it is a special day today. We celebrate . Today is our intern's birthday. We've decided to let him program the WOD. So I'm finally off the hook. Haha

Happy Monday morning everyone! Back to the with an to start. I used a water jug this time around. You can also use a back pack or whatever you've got around.
Part 2 is WOD 2. If you don't have your double unders or have a lack of space you can replace them with Jumping Jacks. This is meant to be a quick workout, not the time to practice your DUs. Blast through it!! 💪
Warmup 2 rounds of:
10 Jumping jacks
10 Airsquats
10 Good morning
5 Inch worms
5 Archups
5 Push-ups
5 Sit ups
5 Hip raises

Taking it down a notch today. Pace yourself and you'll be done in no time. Push Presses and Renegade rows can be done with same weight or object. For the Tabata sprints, tie a knot in a towel or blanket and close a door on it.
Warmup:
30 hip stretch mountain climbers
20 air squats
10 hollow rocks
10 arch ups
30s pigeon pose (each side)
30s chair child's pose

The idea of doing Strongman at home seems far-fetch. In reality you can by being creative and using any odd object you can find. What will it be today? Water jug, bag of rice? Whatever it is have fun with it...

Fill up a suitcase or backpack, lift it on top of your shoulder and walk. You can change side after 30s. Then take the bag, put in a basket or on a chair and push. Bag should be heavy.
