It was down to 10 English Teachers as our Japanese employer narrowed down their choices for the 2nd and last day of employer’s interview. All 10 candidates were interviewed again by the panel, but one by one this time – this is as our employer get to know them more and their related experiences. We are fortunate that everything else went smoothly until the end. 💚

After all the amazing demos, our English Teachers went in by batches as they faced the group and panel interview next.
