𝗖𝗔𝗠𝗣 𝗚𝗘𝗡𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗟 𝗘𝗠𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗢 𝗔𝗚𝗨𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗟𝗗𝗢, 𝗤𝗨𝗘𝗭𝗢𝗡 𝗖𝗜𝗧𝗬 — The 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲, 𝗔𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗱 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 (𝗘𝗕𝗦𝗢, 𝗔𝗙𝗣) enters a new chapter of service and commitment as 𝗖𝗢𝗟 𝗖𝗛𝗥𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗣𝗛𝗘𝗥 𝗟 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗘𝗟𝗨𝗖𝗘𝗦 𝗣𝗔𝗙 (𝗠𝗡𝗦𝗔) officially assumes his role as the newly designated Chief EBSO, AFP.

The transition took place during the Joint Change of Chiefs of Office Ceremony held at Tejeros Hall, AFPCOC, presided by The Deputy Chief of Staff, AFP, LTGEN EDMUNDO G PERALTA PA. COL FREDELUCES takes over the leadership from outgoing Chief COL MELVIN A BANUA PAF (GSC), who steered the office with unwavering dedication and notable accomplishments.

EBSO, AFP plays a vital and noble role within the military organization, managing educational assistance programs for the dependents of military personnel who have laid down their lives in the line of duty, as well as active-duty personnel. Under previous leadership, EBSO has continually expanded its reach, ensuring that the sacrifices of AFP personnel are honored through tangible educational opportunities for the next generation.

As he steps into his new post, COL FREDELUCES brings a wealth of leadership experience and a strategic perspective honed by his extensive military background. His visionary approach is expected to further streamline EBSO's services, enhance stakeholder engagement, and broaden the horizons of scholars under the office's care.
