Dianne is a Marketing Innovations expert with more than 5 years of professional experience in both B2B and B2C marketing. Her experience in upstream and downstream marketing, campaign management, Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Account Management, Growth Hacking and Channel Management enabled her to climb as a multi-dimensional manager for digital teams in startups.

Currently, Dianne is a scholar in the Asian Institute of Management under the Masters in Innovation and Business Program. She holds a Professional Marketing Diploma from the Ateneo de Manila University. Dianne also finished her undergraduate in St. Paul University with a Mass Communication degree.

To ensure the quality of our resident mentors and their respective programs in Sociov, the Sociov team, recently hired a Head for Mentor Management, Training and Development.

We are happy to welcome Dr. Gil Cacha in our team!

Dr. Gil Cacha brings in more than 20 years of professional experience in the Academe, the private sector and government. With a rich financial background, Gil is a Certified Public Accountant and Financial Consultant with tenure in Fortune 500 companies.

Gil is deeply passionate of Training, Professional Coaching and Mentorship and sees Sociov as a pioneering innovation with growth potential in the space of Human Capital Development Technology.

With extensive experience in middle to senior management roles, specifically in the BPO industry, his quality comes first pedagogy makes him the perfect fit for the post.

Gil graduated Magna Cum Laude in the BSc Program of De La Salle University - Manila and immediately took the board exams where he ranked 11th nationwide and topped the Theory of Accounts.

A few years later, Gil did his Master in Management in the Asian Institute of Management as a scholar of the Asian Development Bank.

In 2008, he graduated with a Ph.D. in Organizational Development in the Southeast Asia Interdisciplinary Institute - Graduate School of OD.

In addition to his outstanding education background, Dr. Gil Cacha is also a Certified Six Sigma Black Belter, Certified Lean Master, a Certified Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner and has 3 different diplomas on Supply Chain Management, Strategic HR Management and Development, and a Professional Diploma on Family Ministries.
