Our Bluefin Journey

Bluefin Swim School began in the summer of 2022 with fewer than 10 swimmers and one clear vision to build a swim school that would one day develop into a competitive swim team. It was born from my desire to share the experiences, values, and life lessons that swimming gave me during my own childhood.

Fast forward to today, through consistent training, dedication, and the unwavering support of our swimmers and families, Bluefin Swim Team has grown into a community of 25 active swimmers, from as young as 4 years old to competitive athletes.

One of our proudest moments has been watching our swimmers compete in a world-class venue like the New Clark City Aquatics Center in Capas, Tarlac. Looking back, it's incredible to think that this journey began in a small pool where we trained only on weekends. We never imagined that those humble beginnings would lead us to opportunities like these.

More than the medals, the races, or the achievements, what truly matters are the stories we create along the way. Every swimmer has overcome challenges, celebrated victories, built friendships, and discovered strengths they never knew they had.

My hope is that every Bluefin swimmer carries these experiences beyond the pool not only as better swimmers, but as more confident, disciplined, resilient, and compassionate individuals.

This is only the beginning of our journey, and we are excited for everything that lies ahead.

Thank you to every swimmer, parent, coach, and supporter who believed in the Bluefin dream. We can't wait to see where the next chapters of our journey take us.

Who says swimming is only for summer? At **Bluefin Swim School**, we continue teaching all year round—even during the rainy season. Our coaches are committed to providing safe, fun, and quality swimming lessons regardless of the weather.

One of the best things about training during the off-season? **Smaller class sizes and fewer crowds**, giving each swimmer more attention and a better learning experience.

Despite the rain, we still showed up and made the most of our Saturday morning!

Our swimmers powered through a fun session of core workouts, resistance band training, running, and mobility exercises. building strength both in and out of the pool.

While the kids were training, our Bluefin moms kept moving with a Zumba session, and the dads enjoyed a friendly game of hoops on the side.

Rain or shine, it's more than just training. it's a community, a family, and a healthy way to start the weekend.

As a coach, I've met many adults who wanted to learn to swim but were held back by fear, embarrassment, or the thought that they were "too old" to start.

If that's you, I want you to know—you are welcome here.

Our pool is a place to learn, not to be judged. You don't need experience, and you don't need to be confident before you begin. That's what we're here to help you build.
