1. Must be Chinese by blood & surname
2. Graduated from Chinese highschool
3. 36y/o and above
4. 8 Teams per division
5. 12 minutes per quarter
6. Professional/Semi Pro Referees
7. 2-man Refs on Elims; 3-man Refs of Semis/Finals
8. Guaranteed 7 games in Eliminations
9. Knockout Semis
10. Finals Best of 3
11. All players should be in good character around the Chinese community

League Perks:

- 4,500 per player inclusive of 1 set uniform
- 15,000 per team owner (2 major sponsors are allowed per team)
