DO YOU NEED TO EAT MORE?
Non weight related signs you need more food:
1. MOOD SWINGS π‘π₯ highe levels if irritability, anger and sadness is exremely common. The term 'hangery' gets used very often for short term hunger but it stays true for those who under eat in the long run.
2. CARB CRAVINGS π©π not enough energy means your body wants sugar and it want it NOW. This alongside restricting certain food will only make more cravings more intense and potentially leading to binge eating.
3. POOR PERFORMANCE π΄ mentally and physically if you are finding it hard to progress in your workouts and conplete your daily work then it's time to start fuelling more!
4. DIGESTION ISSUES π© one of he syatem to shut down in long term energy restriction is your digestion. You become less efficient at breaking down food which can lead to bloating, constipation, and cramping.
5. FEELING COLD AND TIRED π₯Ά not enough food = not enough energy to keep your body warm, leaving you cold and tired.
Whether or not you are eating enough is not determined by weight.
Yes, in short term eating too little = weight loss
But if you are consistently not eating enough, your body will preserve its energy to keep it where it's at.
If you feel stuck having to restrict in order not to gain weight then reverse dieting may be for you!

STRAWBERRY FIELDS GRILLED CHICKEN WRAP πππ
This wrap is loaded with greens, fresh strawberries, walnuts, grilled chicken, cheese, and a swee balsamic dressing.
Ingredients:
grilled chicken breast
spinach
arugula
sliced strawberries
tomatoes
chopped walnuts
sliced mini peppers
goat cheese
2 tbsp balsamic
2 tbsp olive oil
honey
salt pepper
Wrap it up, cut it half and enjoy!
