Buno sa Angono 2: Takedown Wrestling and Combat Wrestling Official Results!

Congratulations to all the Buno sa Angono 2: Takedown Wrestling and Combat Wrestling winners and participants from the various wrestling and submission grappling clubs from Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon, including their coaches and managers! Held last Sunday, August 2, 2026, at the Angono Municipal Gymnasium, the combat sports event attracted close to a hundred athletes!

Thanks to our partners: Samadio MMA's Buno sa Angono wrestling series, for hosting Combat Wrestling for the first time, and the Select Pro Fighters From Amateur Wrestling League OGs, in particular, Coach Christian Virtudazo, for the aggressive and effective promotion of the event.

Thanks so much to Masa Yoshizawa (middle of bottom left photo), president of the Asian Combat Wrestling Federation, for gracing our event once again, and for the guidance in officiating. (He is flanked by Combat Wrestling Philippines corporate secretary Karlo Silverio Lagman Sevilla III on the right, and by referee, coach, and former top Philippine national wrestling team athlete Violeto Agustin on the left.)
