MotoIR Youth Cup 2026 - Round 4 Race 8

August 2 2026 πŸ—“οΈ

Track: Tarlac Circuit Hill
Qualifying: 3rd Place
Race 8: 1st Place

This is my first ever victory in a Road Race, and I am beyond happy and grateful. Above all, I thank our Lord God for blessing me and giving me the opportunity to have this special moment. πŸ†

This was Race 8, Round 4 of the season, and honestly, I never imagined this race would become my first victory. I stayed fully focused and gave everything I had for this race.

In qualifying, I secured P3 on the starting grid. At the start of the race, I immediately moved up to P2 on the first lap. Throughout the following laps, I kept analyzing the rider in front of me and looking for the right opportunity to make my move.

When we reached the final lap, I knew this was my moment! I gathered all my courage and went for the move into Turn 1. I took the inside line, made the pass, and YES! I was finally in P1! πŸ˜πŸ‘πŸ

First and foremost, I give thanks to God. I am truly grateful to my team Watanabe Riding Development for their unwavering support and encouragement, especially Coach Dashi Watanabe, Coach Justine Javier, Coach Sandrix Juanillo, as well as the entire crew and mechanics. I would also like to thank to all our sponsors, especially Boss Jerico Page and Boss Mike Yap, for their constant support and belief in our team. ❀️

MotoIR Youth Cup 2026 - Round 4 Race 7

August 1 2026 πŸ—“οΈ

Track: Tarlac Circuit Hill
Qualifying: 3rd Place
Race 7: 4th Place

Another awesome race filled with great memories and valuable lessons on the track!

In qualifying, I set a clean lap and secured P3 on the grid. At the start of Race 7, I had a controlled launch and held my position for the first laps, staying consistent with the riders ahead. I kept P3 for five laps by staying smooth and focused.

On the final lap, I was pushing to keep the pressure on but ran a bit wide at Turn 6. That gave my good friend Andy Debman the chance to make a great pass, and I crossed the line in P4.

This race taught me an important lesson not only to stay focused on the rider in front of me, but also to always be aware of and defend my position from the rider behind. Every race is a chance to learn, improve, and come back stronger. 🏁

I would also like to thank to all our sponsors, especially Boss Mike Yap and Boss Jerico Page, for their constant support and belief in our team. ❀️

I usually arrive at Clark International Speedway a few days early to maximize my practice before race weekend. Today marks my second day here with WRD, and every session brings me one step closer to being race-ready for this weekend at Tarlac Circuit Hill. 🏁

Taking a few moments to enjoy some of the incredible big bikes in our paddock before calling it a day. 🏍️

Now it’s time for dinner! Let’s go Coach Sandrix Juanillo let’s eat! 😁🍽️

Another MX cross-training session completed with Coach Dashi Watanabe, riding the Honda CRF125F of my team, Watanabe Riding Development! 🏁

Three crashes, bent handlebars, and 50 minutes of saddle time before the rain. Every slide was a lesson, and every lap gives me a better confidence and focus. And thankful to God for keeping me safe always. πŸ™πŸΌ

MotoIR Youth Cup 2026 - Round 3 Race 6

Jun 7 2026 πŸ—“οΈ

Track: Tarlac Circuit Hill
Qualifying: 2nd Place
Race 6: 3rd Place

Another great race that inspired me to keep improving alongside my talented competitors.

For Race 6, I started from P2 on the grid, just like in Race 5. I had a good launch during the warm-up lap, but at the start of the official race, I gave my bike too much RPM, causing a wheelie off the line. Thankfully, I recovered well and entered Turn 1 safely in P3.

I pushed hard and did my best to keep up with the front runners while maintaining a safe pace. In the end, I successfully secured P3.

Every race is a learning opportunity, and this one taught me valuable lessons that will help me improve even more for the next races. 🏁

MotoIR Youth Cup 2026 - Round 3 Race 5

Jun 6 2026 πŸ—“οΈ

Track: Tarlac Circuit Hill
Qualifying: 2nd Place
Race 5: 2nd Place

Another valuable riding lesson added to my racing journey thanks to the unpredictable weather conditions.

With the race declared wet and shortened by two laps due to light rain, the slippery track made every lap a challenge. After qualifying P2, I started Race 5 from the second position on the grid. I dropped to P3 on the opening lap and stayed there for most of the race. On the final lap, I was fortunate enough to regain P2 and held on until the checkered flag.

Grateful to finish on the podium with a P2 result despite the slippery conditions. 🏁
