📌 BOOKING & RESERVATION POLICIES, COURT RULES, AND LIABILITIES

📅 Booking & Reservation Policies

1. Court Rental Fee: ₱400 per court per hour.

2. Advance Booking: Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Payment Deadline: Payment must be completed at least 24 hours before your scheduled reservation. Unpaid reservations will be automatically cancelled.

4. Payment Methods:

Proof of payment must be sent only via Facebook Messenger only.

5. Booking Confirmation: A Booking Confirmation ID will be issued only after payment is verified. This must be presented at the village guard gate and to the court manager upon arrival.

6. Endorsement Rule: Non-homeowners must provide the name of a Maries Village homeowner endorser upon booking. If you don’t have a homeowner endorser, you may still book, but please note that priority will be given to homeowners and their family and friends.

7. Official Communication: All inquiries, reservations, and coordination must be done exclusively through Facebook Messenger. This includes requests such as court reservation extensions, booking adjustments, or cancellations.

Our staff will not accept cash payments or entertain these types of requests in person.

8. Reservation Platforms: All reservations and payments, regardless of play type, must be made only through the official platforms: page Messenger and Setmore. Our court managers, staff, and security guards are not authorized to accept any form of payment.

🏟️ Court Rules

1. Court Access: Entry is allowed only during reserved hours.

2. Guest Registration: Every guest, whether playing pickleball or not, must register in the logbook upon entry.

3. Food & Drinks: You may bring food and drinks (🚫 alcoholic beverages are not allowed). Eating and drinking are allowed only on the bleachers—strictly not on the court floors. Please clean as you go so the courts remain nice and tidy for everyone.

4. Music Policy: Playing music is allowed only if you rent the entire covered court, or if there are no other ongoing court reservations. Loud music is strictly discouraged. Please keep the volume reasonable and be mindful of nearby homeowners and residents around the courts.

5. Equipment: Paddles and balls are available for rent. Please return them in good condition after use.

6. Proper Attire: Sports attire is required for play. For your safety and to protect the court floors, only court-approved footwear (rubber shoes, tennis shoes, or hard court shoes) is allowed. Slippers, sandals, and heels are strictly not permitted.

7. Conduct: Be respectful of players, staff, and facilities. Rough play, inappropriate language, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

8. No Smoking: Smoking and va**ng are strictly prohibited inside the court area.

9. Pets: Pets are strictly not allowed on the court floors. They may stay on the bleachers, and are only allowed inside the court area if kept in a play pen, bag, or stroller. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

10. Open Play: If you are hosting an open play session, the person who booked the reservation is liable for all players under their booking. Please make sure to fill out the guest/players logbook completely and accurately.

11. Belongings: Please keep your personal belongings with you at all times. MVHA (Maries Village Homeowners Association) is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

⚖️ Liabilities & Responsibilities

1. Assumption of Risk: All players and guests acknowledge that pickleball, basketball, and other court activities involve physical exertion and risk of injury. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

2. Release of Liability: Maries Village Homeowners Association and its staff are not liable for any injuries, accidents, loss, or damage to personal property during use of the facilities.

3. Medical Emergencies: Players are responsible for their own medical needs. In case of emergencies, staff may assist in contacting medical services but are not responsible for costs incurred.

4. Damage to Property: Any damage to facilities or equipment caused by negligence or misuse will be charged to the responsible party.

5. Children & Guests: Children must be supervised at all times. Guests are the responsibility of the reserving party.

The covered court is spacious, airy, and surrounded by greenery, giving you that relaxed, outdoorsy vibe while you play. We also have a basketball court if you want to switch things up, paddles for rent, and wall fans to keep you comfortable.
