Feeling refreshed, strong, and completely energized after our Mat Sculpt Pilates session at BODIED Mat Studio 🧘‍♀️✨

Thank you, Coach Chane for pushing us, keeping the energy high, and guiding us through such an amazing workout! We had so much fun moving together and pushing through the burn. Safe to say we’re officially hooked and already counting down the days until our next class.

If you’ve been looking for a fun way to move your body and feel amazing, come join us for the next session! Trust us, your mind and muscles will thank you. 💙

Thank you to M4 Convenience Store 7-Eleven Neo for having us. It was a wonderful opportunity and a true core memory. Thank you for trusting us.

Special thanks to Ms. Jomms for everything, to the entire 7-Eleven Neo staff, and of course, to our bosses, Mr. and Mrs. Villarosa, for their immense generosity and continuous support.

We are also deeply grateful to the NRC team for volunteering for this event. Thank you for your time and effort. Congratulations once again to all the runners and podium finishers! I look forward to seeing everyone at the next M4 Fun Run anniversary.
