Yoga Is For Everyone is a place where members, dependents, and guests/non-members of Celebrity Sports Plaza can practice yoga for wellness and self-improvement. As a boutique yoga studio, it is where practitioners, be they first-timers, newbies, or advanced, feel empowered to bring strength, harmony, peace, and joy in life. One only needs to have the time, willingness, and patience. "The body is the most precious possession anyone can ever own."

Take a pause from the busyness of everyday life and join us for an evening of deep rest, gentle movement, and sound healing.
Our Yin Yoga & Sound Bath session is designed to help you release tension, calm your mind, and reconnect with yourself. Through long-held, restorative yoga poses followed by the soothing vibrations of singing bowls and other healing instruments, you'll be guided into a state of deep relaxation and renewal.
What to Expect:
-Gentle, beginner-friendly Yin Yoga
-A deeply immersive Sound Bath meditation
-Space to relax, reflect, and recharge
