We call her Stokkies or J9, and she’s the life of the party.
Janine is gifted with a bike. She’s fast and she rides trails like she means it.
It’s a little confusing, really.
Let me explain: the ones having the most fun are normally totally zoned in on what they are doing - they’re concentrating on their craft and giving everything that they have towards being the best that they can be and normally have no space for being engaging team players. Not our Stokkies.

She does this, while still, as I said - being the life of the party and being a kind and caring friend.
Janine is a joy to be around. She jokes and she laughs... she smiles. The kind of smile that lights up a room. 🤩

She’s the kind of woman that everyone wants on their team.

That’s our girl, well done Karli!

In the under 17 category at the African Premier Cup, Karli placed 4th and she was 3rd at the South African Triathlon Champs.

The Sunshine of the #SaltFactoryTeam, Lize Cornelius, set the Cape Town Cycle Tour ablaze on Sunday. Lize was racing in the Elite Women’s category. This means that they have their own race, separate from the Elite Men and general riders. The elite women start in Fish Hoek, with a 78 km race. The rest of the team was glued to the livestream of the event, as we watched our team-mate and friend riding alongside some of the best and making them work hard to stay in the front.
