Dear Valued Trainees,

We kindly ask for your courtesy and consideration regarding your training schedules with our coaches. If you are unable to attend your scheduled session for any reason, we would greatly appreciate it if you could inform your coach as early as possible.

Please understand that once you reserve a time slot, our coaches often adjust their schedules and, at times, even reschedule other trainees to accommodate you. It would be truly unfortunate if they are left waiting without notice.

Your thoughtfulness and respect for everyone’s time and effort would mean a lot to us. Thank you very much for your understanding and cooperation.
