Sweating out while doing the routines of cross core is NO JOKE especially when Coach Ranel Munoz of Quantum Fitness Center starts to scream “Don’t Stop! Move! Embrace the Pain!... while you could hardly lift that body part! Yes it may hurt but thank you for pushing us to go beyond our limits because you knew we can. My gratitude goes out to Coach Anne Munoz and our gorgeous workout buddies cm cheerleaders also for motivating me whenever i am struggling. It may take some time but i am determined to embrace the pain for a strong & healthy ME 🙂”
