Starting with the PLP Elites in 2024, he put in the work and let his game speak — averaging 9.19 points per game, shooting 41% from the field, and adding 2.69 assists per game across 42 games in 8 leagues (5x5).

Because of his dedication and hard work, he earned the honor of representing SJDM and the whole of Bulacan at the NBTC National Finals — a stage built for the country’s best young talents.

Recently, carrying his school FCPC, he competed at BUCAA and is now set to take his game even further at PRISAA.

From league battles to bigger arenas, Jefferson continues to grow into the player we always believed he could become and we can’t wait to see how much higher you’ll rise. The journey is just getting started. 🔥

In 2022, when Yhano Lacsarum first suited up for the PLP Elites, he was a temporary player just looking for an opportunity. 69 games and countless trainings and 3x3 games later, he hadn't just earned a roster spot—he had become a cornerstone of the team’s growth.

This foundational chapter sharpened his grit, eventually propelling him to the national stage where he represented Team Bulacan at the NBTC Nationals and competed in the Zarks 3x3 Nationals.

Now a vital asset for the University of Makati, Yhano has successfully transitioned to the collegiate level, battling prestigious programs in the NAASCU, UCPL, and PinoyLiga Cup. From a "fill-in" player to a cornerstone athlete, he continues to prove that being "necessary" is a status earned through relentless work and growth

We couldn't be prouder to see him soar. 🦅

Down 15 but never out. 💜 The Purple squad showed pure composure, climbing all the way back to take an 87–76 win behind the leadership of MVPs MJ Raymundo and Kajo Catalua. Big numbers powered the run—Bautista and Raymundo dropped 18 apiece, Rimando owned the glass with 14 boards, while Avila filled the stat sheet with 16 pts, 4 steals, 5 rebs on 67% shooting.

Black fought hard led by MVPs Jasper Alegre and Jazper Legaspi, with Sangalang going off for 22 pts and 18 rebounds, but Purple’s second-half surge and defense sealed the comeback. A game of heart, adjustments, and clutch plays—PHC Battle of the MVPs at its finest. 🔥🏀
