Maraming salamat po sa tiwala, suporta, at magandang samahan na aking naranasan habang ako ay naglilingkod sa ating samahan. Isang karangalan para sa akin na maging bahagi ng mga matagumpay na programa at liga ng club.

Dear Officers and Members,
Please accept this letter as my formal resignation from my position as Organizer of the Springtown Sports Club, effective immediately
I am truly grateful for the opportunity to serve the club and work with dedicated players, officers, sponsors, and supporters. Being part of the organization and helping organize sports activities and leagues has been a meaningful and memorable experience for me.
I would like to thank everyone for the trust, cooperation, and support throughout my time as organizer. I am proud of what we have accomplished together in promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, and unity in the community.
Although I am stepping down from my role, I will always support the continued success and growth of the club. I wish the organization more successful events and achievements in the future.
