Building chest definition comes down to detail rather than sheer weight.

Here is a demonstration using two Hammer Strength machines:Iso-Lateral Super Incline Press for the upper chest, and Iso-Lateral Bench Press for the middle and lower chest. Set the starting position between your collarbone and upper chest, keep a natural curve in your palms, keep your elbows slightly tucked, and control the tempo with a four-second ascent and four-second descent. Open up your chest and exhale as you press up.

**3 Key Focus Points:**

* Align the handles horizontally with your ni**le line.
* Grip using the web of your hand (the space between thumb and index finger) rather than putting pressure on your wrists.
* Avoid locking out your elbows or excessively arching your lower back.

**Beginner Weight Recommendations:** 10 kg per side for the incline press; 20 kg per side for the flat bench press.
