Meet EJ, one of our Movement Specialists at Powerhouse. Certified and Trained in Pilates Foundation and Intermediate levels, she brings a quiet, focused approach to every session—grounded in alignment, control, and safe progression. With continued education in Core Suspend, pre- and post-natal Pilates, and specialized conditions such as osteoporosis and scoliosis, EJ creates a space where every body can move with care and confidence.
Coming from a BPO background, she brings attentiveness and consistency into each session. Outside the studio, she enjoys working out, discovering good food, and watching movies—balancing discipline with simple moments she enjoys.
