Today we flipped the script—our parents stepped onto the mats for the first time, and our kids became the coaches. It was a fun reminder that learning goes both ways, and that some of the best moments in Jiu-Jitsu happen when families share the journey together.

Competition has a way of revealing both our strengths and the areas where we still have work to do. That’s exactly why we compete—not just to win medals, but to accelerate our growth. It was great to see so many clear improvements in everyone’s individual games, and we’ll take these lessons back into training.
