Job Title: Fleet Dispatcher
Job Type: Full-Time / Remote
Job Overview:
Responsible for monitoring and coordinating fleet operations, scheduling drivers and helpers, and ensuring timely communication with clients. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work extended hours when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and track fleet vehicles in real time.
• Prepare and manage daily schedules for drivers and helpers.
• Communicate with clients through Viber or Facebook Messenger for updates and coordination.
• Record and document all trips, including vehicle odometer readings, time in, and time out of drivers and helpers.
• Ensure all trip records are accurate and properly filed.
• Report any delays, issues, or incidents to management promptly.
• Support drivers and helpers with route or schedule adjustments as needed.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in dispatching, logistics, or fleet management preferred.
• Proficient in using communication apps such as Viber and Facebook Messenger.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Reliable internet connection and a working computer.
• Ability to work extended hours and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Work Setup:

• Flexible schedule with extended hours as required
