🏸 3rd MANGGASAN BADMINTON TOURNAMENT
GAME MECHANICS

1. Scoring System

-All matches (except Championship) will use Rally Scoring up to 25 points

-No Deuce Rule applies (first to reach 25 points wins the match immediately)

-For normal matches ending score: 25 points
Championship match will use Rally Scoring up to 31 points

-No Deuce Rule also applies (first to reach 31 points wins the match immediately)

-For Championship ending score: 31 points

2. Match Format

-All categories are Double Elimination Format
Except for the Championship Game

-Championship Game will be Single Match Final (No Twice-to-Beat Advantage)

3. Special Rules / Adjustments

-Matches end immediately once the required winning score is reached:

25 points for normal matches
31 points for Championship match

4. Score Adjustment / Tracking

-No special scoring adjustment rules will be applied

-Standard scoring will be followed based on final match results only

5. General Rules

-Official badminton rules apply unless stated in this tournament mechanics

-Referee’s decision is final and irrevocable

***Players must arrive at least 1 hour before their scheduled match***

• Open Age Category

📍 DAY 2

⏰ 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
• Men’s / Women’s U15 Doubles
• Mixed Doubles

⏰ 10:00 AM – 12:00 NN
• Open Age Mixed
• 30 & Above Category

⏰ 12:00 NN – 5:00 PM
• Open Age (Men’s & Women’s)
