To make our Reclub Open Play registration more organized, fair, and efficient for everyone, we will now be implementing a “PAYMENT FIRST” POLICY.

Please DO NOT make any payment unless your name is already on the WAITLIST.

Once you have requested to join and your name appears on the Waitlist, you may proceed with your payment to secure your slot.

💳 FOR SINGLE PAYMENTS
Please proceed to the Payment Tab in Reclub and upload your Proof of Payment.

👥 FOR GROUP PAYMENTS
Please send your Proof of Payment through the Group Chat and enumerate the complete names of all players included in the payment.

⚠️ WHY ARE WE IMPLEMENTING THIS?

This policy will help us:

✅ Avoid NO-SHOWS
✅ Prevent unpaid reservations
✅ Avoid wasting valuable slots that could have been given to other players
✅ Give everyone a fair chance to secure a slot
✅ Keep our Open Play registration smooth and organized
