Players must wear the appropriate team jersey to participate.
🏀 Pasarel Rule (5 Minutes):
If a team does not have at least 10 players at the start of the game, the following penalties apply:
Penalty Free Throws will be awarded to the opposing team based on the number of missing players.
Example: If 2 players are missing, the opposing team will be awarded 2 free throws.
Teams must meet the minimum player requirement. (10 Players)
🏀 Default Time (15 Minutes):
If a team fails to meet the player requirement within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the game will be forfeited, and the opposing team will be declared the winner.

Reason: Unsportsmanlike Conduct

Details:

Unsportsmanlike Conduct

The team/player demonstrated continuous and severe misconduct, including excessive complaining, disrespect toward game officials, and disruptive behavior that violated the spirit of fair play.

Violation of Rules

The situation escalated following the ejection of a player from Team Green. Instead of adhering to the rules and continuing the game in a professional & respectful manner, the team reacted with further misconduct, breaching league and game regulations.

When players walk out of the court in protest or frustration, it is indeed a sign of disrespect not only to the league but also to the officials, opponents, and fans. This action is often interpreted as poor sportsmanship and can result in severe consequences for the team and players involved.

FIBA (International Basketball Federation) Rules: Under the FIBA Official Basketball Rules, such behavior is addressed in the following ways:

Rule 39 - Unsportsmanlike Behavior: Any action that shows disrespect to the game, officials, opponents, or the league can be penalized as unsportsmanlike conduct. Walking off the court is considered a serious violation of sportsmanship and can lead to team disqualification.

Outcome:

Game Result: Team Green is disqualified, and the opposing team is awarded the win.

Such behavior is considered a serious violation of sportsmanship and league ethics. The incident serves as a reminder of the importance of maintaining respect for the game, officials, and opponents at all times.
