Taekwondo really opens a lot of opportunities for coaches and students. As a way of giving back, a portion of the monthly fee is shared to some communities in the country, scholars and calamity victims. At a young age, Gaeseon Taekwondo students are exposed to outreach activities and share their time, talents and blessings to the less fortunate. The team is proud to have students who willingly aim for continuous learning and improvement, not only in the sport but also in life as a whole. They grow with SKILLS necessary to excel in taekwondo and with VALUES that will help them become socially responsible individuals.

Here are our 2026 National Interschool poomsae medalists and finalists! 🤩
With over 1,600 participants from all over the country giving great performances, we are happy and humbled to not go home empty handed. 🙏Some may not have gotten the upper ranks, but we know they still gave their all, and we are equally proud. Regardless of the results, we all still have a lot to work on, so we'll just keep on training to try to beat our own previous scores. No overnight champions! ☝️
Thank you to our students and their parents for still showing up despite the bad weather. For having the right attitude and keeping their focus given the crowd and the long waits. 🙇♂️🙇♀️

Great experience, beautiful memories at the 19th World Taekwondo Culture Expo 💞
Congratulations to our coaches and students who competed in poomsae and kyorugi last weekend in Muju, South Korea! We are proud of how well they performed and represented our team and the Philippines, against all odds. 😉✊️
More than the medals, we will always treasure the learnings and experiences we shared, and the fun times we had -- with each other and with the other participants too! It was a privilege to see everyone from all around the world gather and show the same love for the sport. 🥋🔥

Effort, patience and a whole lot of faith ✨️
This was just the 2nd national level poomsae competition for most of our students yesterday, and we already saw better performances, better results!
Some improvements may be fast and big, while some may take a little longer and might not even be that visible yet to others, but we see them all. We are proud of each improvement, and we are happy to see our students enjoy the overall experience. ☺️🩵 Congratulations, and keep up the good work! Every effort you put in training will eventually all be worth it. 🙏
