When you’re trying to be good in something or achieving a goal or a certain skill. You have to embrace repetition.
Repetition can be boring but it will teach you patience & mastery.
Boring is good!

Handstand can be scary at first but just like learning any other skill: slow & easy.
Patience, daily commitment & discipline are the soft skills you need when embarking on your handstand journey.
Practice daily! As small victories completed consistently over time will bring you to your goals safely.

Turkish get up is a complex, integrated movement that improves flexibility, joint mobility, and overall body strength.
Its a complicated movement and its hard to sell to some beginners.
Here’s a simple formula that i use:
-Cluster the 7 sequences into 3 phases. Drill each phases until movements are proficient.
-Avoid overwhelming your student with details
-Allow your student to feel the movement first then the details can come later.
After a few sets of unloaded get ups. I decided to load her with 4kgs.
Congrats on your first get up.
