Kung napapansin mo na parang paulit-ulit lang ginagawa mo sa gym at wala kang sinusunod na sistema, malaking factor yan kung bakit mabagal ang progress mo.

Isa sa pinaka effective na paraan para magkaroon ng direction sa training mo ay ang paggamit ng structured program tulad ng Push Pull Legs (PPL).

Sa ganitong setup, nahahati ang workout mo sa: Push - chest, shoulders, triceps
Pull - back, biceps
Legs - lower body

Kapag ginawa ng maayos, nahihit ang bawat muscle group 2x per week na may sapat na recovery, kaya mas effective para sa muscle growth at fat loss.

Pero tandaan, hindi pare-pareho ang program para sa lahat. Depende pa rin yan sa level, goal, at schedule mo.

Kung gusto mo ng structured at guided training na hindi ka manghuhula, message ka lang or visit DC Fitness Gym anytime. Tutulungan ka namin mag start ng program na swak sayo.

Train with purpose. Hindi lang basta papawis, dapat may sistema. 👍
