The celebration kicked off with an electric community rave run led by Rhythm Running setting an unstoppable pace for the day. The momentum kept building with high-energy beats from DJ Iolo Villo, keeping the crowd moving, while Lunar: Art, Resto and Bar Mocktails served up refreshing, alcohol-free sips for the ultimate sober party vibe.

Please take note of these important timing changes for The Playground Grand Opening weekend:

🗓️ Sept 11 (Friday): Grand Opening Activities Registration closes at 12 NOON
✂️ Sept 12 (Saturday): Ribbon Cutting moved earlier from 3 PM to 2 PM
🫝 Sept 13 (Sunday): Regular Court Operations resume 2 PM – 1 AM

We’re kicking off The Playground’s Grand Opening with a Community Run, free open play, and raffle prizes! Bring your friends, hit the road at 6:00 AM from the Silay Public Plaza, and celebrate with us all morning long.

Registration is completely free! Make sure to sign up before the event and join the community rave run so you don’t miss out on free open play access and raffle entries.

🌅 6:00 AM – Community Rave Run with beats by IOLO VILLO and powered by Rhythm Running from Silay Public Plaza to The Playground. Start your day on a high note!

🧃 8:00 AM – Sober Party hosted by Lunar: Art, Resto and Bar Refreshing drinks to keep the energy going.

🏓 UNTIL 12NN – Free Open Play at The Playground. Come try out the courts and facilities first-hand!

✂️ 3:00 PM – Ribbon Cutting & Grand Opening. Join us for the official ceremony, plus exciting surprises for all registrants!
