"Eleven years ago, they called my name and gave me my start in this league—and I’ll always respect that history. But once that whistle blows, there are no memories on the floor. It’s business, it’s competitive, and my only focus is winning for the team I'm standing with right now."

That is what pure grit looks like!

For thirty-nine minutes, we fought from behind. We absorbed every single blow, every run, and every piece of adversity they threw at us, but we never let go of the rope. They held the lead from the opening tip, but they forgot one thing: a game of basketball is forty minutes long, and the only lead that matters is the one when the final buzzer sounds.

You didn't panic when we were down. You didn't turn on each other when the shots weren't falling. You dug in, locked down on defense, and trusted each other down to the final possession. And when the game was on the line, our rookie stepped right into the storm. Rayver Gamela—our young sniper—showed no fear, rose up, and knocked down the biggest three-pointer of our season!

That isn't just a comeback; that’s championship heart on full display. Team Golf just stole this semi-finals game and proved to everyone in this gym what this squad is made of. Enjoy this victory tonight, lock back in tomorrow, because we are not done yet!

Congratulations Team Golf for securing a win.
