PAYMENT TERMS

1. Payment Period
Confirmed teams are given five (5) days from the date of confirmation to pay the required entry fee and secure their slot. If payment is not received within this period, the team may be moved back to Pending status to give other interested teams an opportunity to secure the available slot.

2. Payment After Confirmation Only
Please make payment only after your team’s slot has been officially Confirmed in Reclub. Payments made before official confirmation may not be refunded immediately and will be processed after the tournament has concluded.

3. Non-Refundable but Transferable
All payments are non-refundable but may be transferred to another eligible team or player before the registration deadline, subject to organizer approval.

4. Player Changes After the Registration Deadline
Player changes after the registration deadline may be considered in cases of accident, injury, medical reasons, or other valid circumstances. Supporting documentation or evidence may be requested for verification. All player changes are subject to organizer approval and category eligibility.

5. Proof of Payment
Please share a photo or screenshot of your proof of payment, together with your TEAM NAME, in the Reclub App General Chat for EACH category joined for proper tracking.

Your payment will be acknowledged by the organizers once it has been verified via Reclub. Your team captain will then receive a DM via Reclub containing the official Agreement G-Form to confirm acceptance of the tournament rules, terms, and conditions. This will serve as the final step in the registration process.

Not sure whether you belong in the Beginner or Novice level? Here’s a quick guide before registering for the 𝘚𝘑 𝘗𝘙𝘖𝘓𝘐𝘕𝘌 1𝘴𝘵 𝘐𝘯𝘷𝘪𝘵𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘗𝘪𝘤𝘬𝘭𝘦𝘣𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘙𝘦𝘨𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘛𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘯𝘢𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵.

For purposes of this tournament:

𝑩𝑬𝑮𝑰𝑵𝑵𝑬𝑹 • 2.0–2.4
Players who are still building their foundation—learning the rules, scoring, basic techniques, paddle control, and court awareness. Rallies and serves may still be inconsistent.

𝑵𝑶𝑽𝑰𝑪𝑬 • 2.5–2.9
Players who have progressed beyond the introductory stage. They demonstrate more consistent serving, basic court positioning and movement, can sustain short rallies, and are beginning to place shots with purpose.

The goal is simple: play in the category that best reflects your current skill level so we can keep the tournament competitive, balanced, and enjoyable for everyone.
