Goal: lose weight + get stronger.
Timeline: 3 months to 120 lbs.
She did it in 1.5 months…
Now she’s 115 lbs (52.5 kg)—and eating MORE.

How to lose fat and get stronger without pain.
This is what that actually looks like 👇

8 weeks of real progress:
From 40kg x10 (with back pain)
➡️ To 60kg x8 — pain-free, solid form
From 40kg x10 (barely finishing sets)
➡️ To 50kg x8 — strong and steady
From 70kg x6 (lower back pain after)
➡️ To 80kg x5 — smooth, no pain
And yes — he’s clearly lost fat.
His physique, posture, and energy all changed.
We’ve got a few more weeks to lean out…
Then it’s time for the next Goal 🔥🏋🏽
Just a real plan, weekly effort, and showing up.
