Timeline: 3 months to 120 lbs.

How to lose fat and get stronger without pain.
This is what that actually looks like 👇

8 weeks of real progress:


From 40kg x10 (with back pain)
➡️ To 60kg x8 — pain-free, solid form


From 40kg x10 (barely finishing sets)
➡️ To 50kg x8 — strong and steady


From 70kg x6 (lower back pain after)
➡️ To 80kg x5 — smooth, no pain

And yes — he’s clearly lost fat.
His physique, posture, and energy all changed.

We’ve got a few more weeks to lean out…

Coach, pwede bang mag-inom kahit nag-gi-gym?
Yes, pwede!

Pero may technique tayo diyan para hindi ma-sabotage ang gains mo! Kasama na rin ang nutrition tips para all-around ang recovery. Here’s my advice:

1. Timing is key:
Kung alam mong may inuman sa Friday night, siguraduhin na tapos na ang heavy lifting mo for the week! Ang last workout mo dapat ay 24–48 hours bago ang inuman para makarecover nang maayos ang katawan.

2. Stay hydrated and fueled:
Bago pa ang tagay, uminom ng maraming tubig at kumain ng balanced meal na may protein, carbs, at healthy fats. Ito ang magbibigay ng protection at energy sa katawan bago ang alcohol.

3. Limit your intake:
Moderation is your friend. Aim for 1–2 drinks lang—sapat para mag-enjoy pero hindi compromised ang recovery at nutrition goals mo.

4. Post-inuman recovery:
Pagkatapos uminom, hydrate ulit gamit ang tubig o electrolyte-rich drinks, at kumain ng nutrient-dense meals kinabukasan. Prioritize light movements (like brisk walking or stretching) para ma-improve ang circulation at recovery.

Remember: Gains are made with balance—walang masama sa isang good time basta alam ang limitasyon at sinusuportahan ng tamang diskarte at nutrition!
